The anti-racist involvement and deconstruction of public service professionals is essential to make the fight against racism and hate speech effective. This campaign is part of the program of management and attention to diversity in the public function, carried out by FeSP-UGT, financed by the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migrations and co-financed by the European Fund for Asylum, Migration and Integration, it is based in two areas: training for public service professionals and a communication and awareness campaign that involves, on the one hand, the experiences of affected individuals and groups and, on the other, the realities of public services and opportunities for change.
