What is communication for social change?
Communication for sustainable social change and human development is a field of study and professional practice that combines diverse learnings from social theory (anthropology, sociology, cultural studies, feminisms, questioning of cultural hegemony and privilege, etc.) to promote participatory and transformative communication practices that question the structures of power, the axes of discrimination and inequality.
